Shortlister

Developed and shipped a multi-role, full-stack AI candidate-shortlisting application with a 4-stage automated evaluation pipeline integrating the Gemini API. Implemented Google OAuth 2.0 authentication and a bias/diversity analytics dashboard for reviewing shortlisting outcomes. Delivered reliable transactional email on a custom domain by integrating Brevo and resolving DMARC deliverability failures. Debugged and fixed a Supabase Row-Level-Security scoping bug, a UI stacking-context issue (React Portals), and Next.js 15 async route-param breaking changes to keep the production deployment stable.

Led a 5-person team to build a real-time crowd-safety computer vision system, owning the machine learning layer end-to-end: YOLOv8n object detection and ByteTrack multi-object tracking feeding an XGBoost risk classifier. Added SHAP explainability so risk predictions are auditable feature-by-feature, and integrated the model with teammates' React, FastAPI and PostgreSQL stack. Presented the system for university course assessment (BCS-554) and refined it across multiple faculty review cycles.

Satellite Pass Predictor

Built a FastAPI backend that predicts ISS passes from orbital-mechanics data using the Skyfield library. Integrated live weather data from the Open-Meteo API and validated the predicted passes against Heavens-Above.com.
